QuAInT: Quantum statistics, Artificial Intelligence and nonequilibrium Thermodynamics
We are a new group working on developing a theoretical perspective in the broad area of nonequilibrium quantum systems. We focus mainly on the thermodynamics, transport, optical and spectroscopic properties using many body quantum theory within a nonequilibrium quantum statistical framework. We are right now actively focusing on using artificially intelligent numerical algorithms (machine learning) to establish/identify/develop mappings between analytical theories of quantronics (as well as spectroscopy) and numerically computed data. The following are the current systems of interests:
Interested graduates and undergraduates (from any science background) who are enthusiastic to pursue research or are interested in data science/IT skills can get in touch by mailing their CV at hpg@gauhati.ac.in.
