INSTRUCTIONS FOR TDC 1st, 3rd & 5th SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS, 2013.

1st SEMESTER REGULAR (BATCH ‘2013’) TO SUBMIT AS GIVEN IN NO. 1

1. 

College has to send their 1st Sem Regular student (Batch ‘2013’) in two ways i.e. in

(a)  1st Sem application software & (b) 1st Sem consolidate statement which to be down loaded from G.U.  web site and to submit for (a) one soft copy along with 3 sets of printed copy in A3 size paper & (b) 3 sets of 1st Sem consolidated statement

No. Gauhati University Schedule Ex-x Form No. I(a) (For 1st page), I(b)(For Continuation page), I(c)(For final page) printed copy in A3 size  for each examination.

2.

  • 1st SEMESTER ‘BACK SUBJECT(S)’, ‘PAPER(S)’/ ‘ABSENT SUBJECT(S)’, BATCH ‘2011’ (LAST CHANCE) AND BATCH ‘2012 (SECOND CHANCE)
    OR
  • 1st SEMESTER REGULAR BATCH ‘2012 ‘REPEAT’ FOR MAJOR ONLY ONE PAPER (FAILED IN ANY PAPER IS NOT ALLOWED FOR REPEAT).
    OR
  • 3rd SEMESTER ‘BACK SUBJECT(S)’, ‘PAPER(S)’/ ‘ABSENT SUBJECT(S)’, BATCH ‘2011’ (SECOND CHANCE)
    OR
  • 3rd SEMESTER ‘REPEAT’ BATCH ‘2011’ FOR MAJOR ONLY ONE PAPER (FOR FAILED IN ANY PAPER IS NOT ALLOWED FOR REPEAT).

(To submit 3 sets of students consolidated statement for each examination statement No. Gauhati University Schedule Ex-x Form No. II(a) (For 1st page), II(b) (For Continuation page), II(c) (For final page) for 2(a),(b),(c),(d) examination separately.

3. 3rd SEMESTER REGULAR (BATCH ‘2012’)
Consolidated statement No. Gauhati University Schedule Ex-x Form No. III(a) (For 1st page), III(b) (For Continuation page), III (c) (For final page) and submit 3 sets of consolidated statement for each stream of examinations separately.

4. 5th SEMESTER REGULAR (BATCH ‘2011’)

Consolidated statement No. Gauhati University Schedule Ex-x Form No. IV(a) (For 1st page), IV(b) (For Continuation page), IV(c) (For final page) and submit 3 sets of consolidated statement for each stream of examinations separately.

College is to forward their students as per chances given above in the respective Statement. All these application software and consolidate statements are available in the G.U. website www.gauhati.ac.in. and can be downloaded the same.

N.B.:

  • (a ) A fee of Rs. 10/- will be charged for examination form for 1st Semester Regular/Dropout batch for each student.
  • (b) Question paper requisition in total in all subjects should be sent along with the submission of forms & statements of each semester. No additional requisition for supply of question paper will be entertained.
  • (c) No confidential papers will be sent by post & same to be collected from the office of the Controller of Examinations, G.U.
