ADMINISTRATION

The Academic Staff College functions under the guidance of an Academic Advisory Committee, which has the Vice-Chancellor of the host University as its Chairman and the Director of the Academic Staff College as its Member-Secretary. Along with other members, the Committee also includes a nominee of the UGC.

The Academic Advisory Committee of The UGC – ASC, Gauhati University is reconstituted every three years by the Executive Council of the Gauhati University. The present Committee, headed by Prof. Amarjyoti Choudhury, the Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University is as follows
