Mid-winter Waterfowl Census and Training Programme

Mid-Winter Waterfowl Census and Training Programme has been initiated by the Animal Ecology and Wildlife Biology Lab & UGC SAP DRS-II Programme on Biodiversity Thrust Area in Collaboration with the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS), IBCN and Wetland International. The programme will be started from 14th January 2012 at selected IBA sites (wetlands) and continued till 29th January 2012 in correspondence with the Mid-winter Waterfowl Census Programme started throughout Indian Sub-Continent. The programme is organised and conducted by the In-charge Animal Ecology & Wildlife biology, Coordinator Post Graduate Diploma in Wildlife Management & Deputy Coordinator UGC SAP, DRS-II Programme Dr. P.
