Point of contact (POC)

The POC has great responsibilities. He or She are responsible for the following developments.

• The Point of contact will take requests for updating the website from the different members of the specific department.
• Periodically the POC will be updated about new developments in the website.
• The POC will be responsible for updating the requestor of developments, events etc.
• The POC will send data to the requestor via support ticket system or email and also has the flexibility to specify a design template.
