Working of the Coordinating System

Point of contact (POC)

There will be a point of contact designated from each of the department. They will be responsible for providing the updated data.

Requester

The requester arranges and organizes the data and sends it to the content management team. Responsible for maintaining the prescribed style and format of the data.

Content Management

The content management team incorporates the data in the website template and upload it to the server. Responsible for technical fitness of the webpage.
