ACHIEVEMENTS

1. The only nationally ranked B-school from the NE Region.
2. Recipient of top honors at "Prerna" International Summer Project contest consistently from 1996-2003.
3. Pioneering and research work in the areas of neural net and fuzzy logic.
4. Introduction of interdisciplinary MBE (Master of business economics) under the Faculty of management in 2009.
5. Publication of research journal “Nirnay” with impressive research accounts by the faculty members ,which is acclaimed across the country and in international circles.
6. Started MBA integrated B.S and B.Tech  programme.
7. Launched an innovative and unique industry integrated regular programme in management from 2009-10 session onwards in collaboration with more than 200 companies who provide on –the-job training to the students of MBA(Industry Integrated) and BBA (Industry Integrated) regular programmes.
8. UGC and AICTE recognized center for conducting short-term training program for management teachers.
